Betty Alderman Obituary

Betty Alderman
Midland - Betty Alderman (1934-2023) lived a life of joy and faith, even with Alzheimer's Disease. Her world slowly faded away until her faith became sight, seeing her Creator, Savior and Lord face to face, forever.
Betty had a servant's heart and her family rejoices that her suffering has ended. She trusted God and He provided. She was an elementary school Teacher's Assistant, and loved the little children. Later she worked with Prime Time TV praying with people.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, her husband, a son, and a granddaughter. She is survived by two sons (a daughter-in-law), two daughters (two sons-in-laws), eight grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
The family would like to thank friends who wrote to her long after she was able to reply, the staff of Mission Center Day Service, the pastors and friends of Colonial Bible Church, the caring staff at Midland Memorial Hospital and Hospice of Midland, and the many strangers who took time to share a smile, say kind words and a few who generously paid for meals at restaurants when they saw her.
No evening visitation is scheduled. Services are scheduled for Saturday, August 19, 2023. A Graveside Service will be at 1:00 PM: Resthaven Memorial Park, 4616 North Big Spring Street, Midland, TX. The Memorial Service will be at 3:00 PM: Colonial Bible Church, 6112 N. Hwy. 349, (North Big Spring Street), Midland, TX.
