Saundra Mae Setzler, age 81, was born July 17, 1934 in Big Spring,TX and passed away on September 15, 2015 in Andrews,TX. She married Velton (Curley) Setzler on November 1, 1952 in Jal, New Mexico. She retired from the Hobbs, New Mexico Public School system after 29 years of teaching. She also taught 3 semesters at the College of the Southwest in Hobbs. Saundra was a devout Christian, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was also a member of First Baptist Church in Andrews,TX. She loved to play the piano and was an avid reader. Saundra is survived by her husband Velton (Curley) Setzler; daughter -Teresa Howard and husband Dennis, son-Dean Setzler and wife Janice, grandchildren-Sheila Fisher and husband Jason, Joshua Setzler and wife Misty, Lacey Clinkingbeard and husband Ben, Nikki Kalka and husband Rob; great-grandchildren-Taylor and Meg Clinkingbeard, Dylan and Garrett Fisher, Lily and Jake Setzler; siblings-Nancy Curbow, Elizabeth Hayes, Betty Stevens and Earlene Grissom. She was preceded in death by her parents Bill and Delia Cranfill; brothers Bill and Bobby Cranfill and sister Ruthie Hall.
